I always return for a reason. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing important documents. This place has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, gym, saltwater pool, steam room. I'll be back for New Year's!

The room was super cozy with a comfy seating area and a Smart TV for relaxing after a busy day. The private bathroom was spotless, and the 24-hour room service made me feel pampered.

I wished the room had a bigger balcony to enjoy the view even more.

I liked this brand-new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The buffet breakfast had variety of delicacies and was marvellous. Central location was a plus.

Overall a great stay in another UHG property in a couple of weeks time. Fairly large, brand-new hotel with very good staff and rooms.

In the very center of the old town, this hotel's location is unbeatable. Located just on the main square, it makes exploring the city incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, with spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offered here is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Great location near MRT and Union Mall. My son loved the swing and shallow end in the pool. Room had sharp corners, but overall it wasnice and neat. Despite the bathroom electrical and air-con problem, the staff promptly fixed it. I recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! I loved the location, right next to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was very close to the MRT station and I was able to easily get to the Chatuchak market. the hotel had great facilities, including a pool and gym, well furnished and enjoyable. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with well-maintained ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulties.

I would ask for better vacation options for senior people, perhaps more organized and guided activities, as it can be challenging for us to navigate a new city on our own.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference as it provides a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and excellent dry cleaning/laundry services. The staff was friendly, and the amenities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained and convenient for relaxation after work.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities within the hotel for professional gatherings and meetings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this new hotel! The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, and we couldn't get enough of the great pool and gym facilities. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the metro and skytrain stations, as well as two big malls and the famous Chatuchak market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again when we're in the city.

Lovely breakfast and a non-smoking room : that's what I loved. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, flat-screen TV and a sitting area. The bed was lovely and the staff highly professional. The hotel was situated in the central location right next to the MRT.

Nice facilities and an adequate breakfast. New building, cozy bedroom. Pool was good too. Top location, Don Muang airport was 12 miles away.
